Set includes:

• 2 round casserole dishes (20cm: 2.25litre/4pint; 24cm: 4litre/7.5pints)
• 28cm sq. grill pan
• 24cm round skillet for frying

• The optional matching rectangular roasting dish measures 42x27x8cm

 

• Suitable for most heat sources and hob types: gas, electric, solid fuel , ceramic, halogen and induction (Not suitable for microwave use)
• Oven proof to 240degrees C
• Not suitable for dishwasher use or freezing. To clean simply soak for a short while and remove any residue
• Built to last: the grill pan and skillet cannot be damaged by any cleaning material (they're practically indestructible) including metal as there are no coatings to remove – it is pure cast iron. The casseroles need to be cleaned with a non-scratch utensil (wood / plastic)
• These are not non-stick although, through use, a natural coating will form on the ridges of the grill pan and on the skillet which will, in time, render them practically non-stick
• The non-stick effectiveness of pure cast iron improves with use whereas traditional non-stick (teflon, titanium and the like) deteriorate with use
