Q: Does the SOVOS VCR/DVD/Freeview recorder also have a built-in analogue TV tuner (in addition to the built-in digital TV tuner)?
A: No, it does NOT have an Analogue TV tuner inside, as Analogue transmitters are being switched off now throughout the country.  Obviously the TV you have will already have has an analogue tuner and if you need to record from an Analogue source (your TV), you simply need to connect your TV to the SOVOS recorder via the SCART sockets. (Your TV should have a bi-directional SCART socket).

Q: Can my SOVOS DVD-VCR play DVD movies I bought overseas ?
A: The SOVOS DVD-VCR is set to region 2 from the production facility, as this is the DVD Licencing requirement. The region can however be changed to any other specific requirement, or indeed set to region free, thereafter.
