    Finding The Right Product
You can either browse for products by clicking on the various categories on the left-hand side of this page, or by selecting a particular product brand. If you have something specific in mind, type the product name into the search box at the top left of each page and click 'go'.
To find out more information on a product, click on the 'i' icon, description, or main image.

Once you have found something you wish to buy, there are two ways you can order:

    Ordering Online
To purchase a product, click on the 'add to basket' button - you will then be taken to the shopping basket, which will show your goods as you choose them.

Here you can update quantities, remove items, add any accessories you may need, swap chosen item(s) for an alternative colour / size, enter a promotional code, or click 'continue shopping' to keep browsing the site.

Once you've made all your choices, you then need to decide on how to pay for your goods. If you wish to pay with a credit or debit card, click on the 'Checkout' button on the shopping basket page. If you wish to pay via your existing PayPal account, click on their logo and you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your purchase.

Checkout: Our checkout process allows you to check and confirm your order, supply us with a delivery address and provide credit / debit card payment details. You will be able to change any aspect of your order right up until your transaction is confirmed.

Once your transaction is confirmed you will have the opportunity to open a T2 account, which will ensure a faster checkout process on future online purchases.

At the point of ordering, your debit / credit card will be pre-authorised. If you pay via credit or debit car no funds will be deducted from your account until goods are ready to be despatched from our warehouse. However, if you pay via Paypal, funds will be taken from your Paypal account at the point of your order being completed.

    Ordering Through Our Call Centre
If you would like to purchase one of our items, but would prefer to speak to a 'real' person rather than clicking buttons online, then simply call one of our helpful team members in our UK call centre who will be happy to take your order.

Please call 0871 590 5914, to place your order.
The orderline opening hours are 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday, 9am - 8pm Saturday and Sunday.

Just quote T2SHOP along with the product code, which is found next to the description on the individual product pages

  • Delivery

T2 Direct can only deliver goods to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and Scottish Highlands & Islands.

No matter how many items you purchase, or how big those items may be, everything you order from T2 Direct Ltd will be delivered free of charge. The price you see next to one of our items online, is the price you will pay. No more, no less.

Depending on the weight and value, your order will be despatched via either Royal Mail, DHL or Business Post. We aim to deliver goods between 3 - 5 working days, subject to the goods being in stock. (If the item you wish to purchase is out of stock, you will be notified at the point of adding it to the shopping basket).
Whilst we aim to deliver goods within 5 working days, because we employ a third-party courier service, this is sometimes not possible, although this is very rarely the case. Delivery dates or times cannot be guaranteed.

Our courier's delivery window is 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday. All couriered deliveries require a signature, so if you think you will not be at home between these times, have the goods delivered to a more reliable address, such as your place of work, a neighbour or relative.

If no one is in when delivery is attempted, a card will be will be posted through your door, giving you details of the delivery and a contact number for you to call to arrange a re-delivery. If after 2 weeks or 3 delivery attempts, a signature has still not been obtained at the given address, goods will be returned to T2 Direct.

  • Returns and Refunds

T2 Direct are committed to selling high-quality products that we hope you'll enjoy using, but we also know that for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to return something you've purchased.

    14-Day Trial Period
Every product we sell is covered by our 14-day trial period scheme. This means you have two weeks from the time you receive your order to decide whether or not you wish to keep your item(s).

If during the trial period, you decide that you would like to return your purchase for a refund, simply contact us immediately to obtain a Returns Merchandise Authority number (RMA). Once you have been given the RMA, you have to return the item to us, in a re-saleable condition, undamaged and in its original condition within a further 14 days.  Once we have received the item back from you we will issue a full refund, excluding returns postage.

If you do not contact us within 14 days of receiving your item we will assume you are happy with your purchase, and therefore your trial period will end. We will not refund any orders after your trial period has ended so it is important that you check you are happy with your purchase as soon as it arrives.

We also enclose full returns instructions with each product dispatched, including the phone number to call to request your RMA.  This is printed on the reverse of the VAT invoice / receipt enclosed with your product.

    12-Month Guarantee
All of our products are guaranteed for at least 12 months. Extended manufacturer's guarantees may apply, and will be stated next to individual products.

In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault, simply contact our Returns Department to arrange the return. Our quality control department will inspect goods to verify fault. If the trial period has expired, we will, at our discretion either repair or replace the faulty item. We will then send your replacement / repair to you free of charge.

Because you are returning faulty goods, we will happily refund you the costs incurred to post goods back to us (but only if you enclose a copy of the postage receipt with the returned goods).

Normal wear and tear, unauthorised tampering or damage, or lack of maintenance, are not covered under the 12-month guarantee.

How To Return Goods To Us
Whether you are returning goods because they are faulty and require replacing, or you are taking advantage of our 14 day trial period and wish to send an item back to us for a refund, it is very important that you obtain a Returns Merchandise Authority number (RMA).
Without an RMA we will be unable to process your return.

You can obtain the RMA, by calling 0871 590 5911. Once you receive this, fill in the Returns slip which will is printed on the reverse of the VAT invoice / receipt enclosed with your goods.
During the phone call we will give you the delivery address to send the returned item to.

You can either return the goods back to us yourself via Royal Mail, or we can arrange for a courier to collect goods at a convenient time (we will charge a small fee for this service).

All products returned to us will be thoroughly checked by our Returns Department and only then will a refund or exchange be authorised and processed.

Returns are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.

If you are sending goods back because they are faulty, we will refund the returns postage costs, as long as receipt is provided.

  • Prices and VAT

T2 Direct prides itself on offering innovative products at competitive prices with savings wherever and whenever possible. All of products are fairly and honestly priced, as are the savings quoted.

However, because of the very nature of the internet, it is possible that some sites may be offering the same product as we are, at a lower cost. Or indeed, at a higher cost. Just like the high street. Although, we cannot always price match, if you found a considerable price difference, we would welcome your feedback which would help us improve our pricing.

The prices for any goods ordered through this site will be as quoted, except in the unlikely case of obvious errors. These prices are liable to change at any time, but any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

As we're based in the UK, our site shows all prices inclusive of VAT
